“Novotel Paris Centre Bercy stands out as a strategically located base, particularly appealing to families and those attending events at the Accor Arena. I note the in-house restaurant's focus on homemade bistro cuisine, plus a terrace overlooking Parc de Bercy, as distinct advantages. Wonderful Stay Steps from Accor Arena
concert venue family room
i went to a concert at the accor arena , and this hotel was so close! it made everything easier and more fun. the family room was very comfy, with a nice double bed and a sofa bed , both very comfortable.
the staff wasn't that friendly , and i asked for an extra cup , as there were three of us in the room, and it reminded me of a big deal. getting extra tea bags also seemed like a hassle , which wasn't ideal.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel offers convenient parking options , including an underground parking lot for approximately 30 euros per day , which is great for those driving into the area and needing a secure place to leave their vehicles.
Rooms
8/10
Rooms at this location are modern and well equipped . The family rooms provide ample space with a double bed and a sofa bed , accommodating families or larger groups comfortably.
Location
10/10

convenient access clean room faulty air conditioning outside noise
The location was good, especially with convenient access to metros. It made getting around very easy. The rooms were also very clean and fresh looking. I found this to be very pleasant.
The air conditioning would not turn on. It was quite warm after a long day. I had to sleep with the windows open. This let in lots of noise from outside.

small family room reluctant staff
the location proved satisfactory with its proximity to the metro lines 6 and 14.
i found the family room small for three adults. maneuvering around the bed to access the bathroom was difficult, requiring sideways movement. the absence of a refrigerator was a significant inconvenience, contrary to prior information. the staff seemed reluctant to provide extra cups or tea bags.
