Wonderful Stay Steps from Accor Arena
concert venue family room
i went to a concert at the accor arena , and this hotel was so close! it made everything easier and more fun. the family room was very comfy, with a nice double bed and a sofa bed , both very comfortable.
the staff wasn't that friendly , and i asked for an extra cup , as there were three of us in the room, and it was like a big deal. getting extra tea bags also seemed like a hassle , which wasn't ideal.

convenient access clean room faulty air conditioning outside noise
The location was good, especially with convenient access to metros. It made getting around very easy. The rooms were also very clean and fresh looking. I found this to be very pleasant.
The air conditioning would not turn on. It was quite warm after a long day. I had to sleep with the windows open. This let in lots of noise from outside.

small room unfriendly staff
the hotel's location was acceptable because it was near the metro station.
the room was very small for a family room. i kept bumping into things, i had to squeeze past others to get to the bathroom. staff wasnt all that friendly, they acted like i was asking for a lot when i wanted an extra cup or some tea bags.

small family room reluctant staff
the location proved satisfactory with its proximity to the metro lines 6 and 14.
i found the family room small for three adults. maneuvering around the bed to access the bathroom was difficult, requiring sideways movement. the absence of a refrigerator was a significant inconvenience, contrary to prior information. the staff seemed reluctant to provide extra cups or tea bags.
